STAY & PLAY RULES

Admission & Booking Fees

  • We can now confirm that masks in our venue are now optional. We still ask that  you do what you can to reduce the risk of speaking any viruses, such as cleaning your tables and highchair.

  • The Booking Fee you are required to pay at the time of booking online admits ONE adult and their child/ren. Children under 5 are not currently included in this number, so you may bring as many children as you like with you. If you are bringing other adults with you, please state how many you are bringing in the Additional Info questions at the time of booking.

  • Why do we take a Booking Fee? Simply put, it’s to prevent people from reserving a spot in advance and then not turning up on the day. This causes huge problems and losses for Peekaboo. On the day of your visit, your booking will be confirmed at the sign in desk and the staff member at the desk will confirm your admission cost. The Booking Fee amount will be deducted from your total admission cost and/or any food & drink you purchase on the day.

  • Please ensure you sign in at the desk before you enter the play area.

  • Cancellations & Refunds: You are able to reschedule or cancel your booking by logging in to your account and finding your bookings in the ‘My Booking’ menu.

Food & Drink

  • Peekaboo Play Café- Dorking is NOT an Allergen Free venue. As we share our venue with other hirers of South Holmwood Village Hall, who may serve nuts or other allergen foods, we can not guarantee an allergen free environment. Therefore, we have not limited our Café menu and DO serve products containing nuts and other allergens. However, our menu clearly states which products contain nuts, and at time of collection this is also confirmed with the customer. If you have any other allergy requirements, these must be stated at the time of booking, and again at the kitchen hatch when you arrive.

  • Please only consume food in the designated dining areas, do not allow your child to walk around with food which can be dropped in the play area or passed to another child.

  • Please do not bring any food or drink with you into the Café, unless it is baby food, and has been logged or discussed with management first. Snacks, food and drinks can be purchased at the kitchen. Peekaboo’s existence relies heavily on the sale of these products, so please help to support a small local business.

  • After eating/drinking, please dispose of your rubbish in the bins provided throughout the venue, and clean your tables, high chairs and any mess made on the floor. Cleaning materials and tools are available in the dining area and at the kitchen.
